There are thousands of tips out there that are related to helping the bride prepare for the wedding. Where are all the tips for the groom?
It is true that the groom doesn't really play as large of a role as the bride. After all she has been looking for to the wedding day her entire life. He, on the other has been looking for to the wedding night. There are many other factors that seperate these two when preparing for the wedding.
The biggest piece of advice the groom can take is this: Remember this event is for your wife-to-be. Try not to get emotionally attached to your way of doing things. Your wife will always be grateful for this as long as you are married.

Happy Valentine's Day

Just wanted to wish everyone a happy Valentine's Day. What is everyone doing today? We went out for a special lunch. Does anyone have any special Valentine's Day traditions? For me, this day has always been a little different. It's actually my Mom's birthday, so my family has generally spent it in celebration of her. She, one the other hand spends her birthday giving presents to her family and friends.

Unique Wedding Thoughts 1st Post!

This is my first post for my blog. I will be dedicating this blog to all the random wedding thoughts that cross my mind. I hope this will be a didactic blog. My main purpose is to be informative as well entertaining.

Before you get pumped up about picking out the gown, decorations, etc., you ought to take the time to set your guest list. Gather around with your loved ones and create your master guest list so that you know the size of your wedding. After all, one of the single most critical of your day is who you'll share it with!

So many elements are resolved by the size of the guest list: the money to be spent, where the reception will be, how much food to order, etc. Doing the proper preparation helps make the foundation for the rest of your wedding.
